All employees are paid semimonthly on the 15th and 30th days of the month. Each paycheck will include earnings for all work performed through the end of the previous payroll period.
In the event that a regularly scheduled payday falls on a day off such as a weekend or holiday, employees will be paid on the first day of work following the regularly scheduled payday.
If a regular payday falls during an employee's vacation, the employee's paycheck will be available upon his or her return from vacation.
Fringe addition checks will be paid on the 30th day of the month. Expense checks are paid on the 15th day of the month provided paperwork has been timely submitted according to the policy outlined in the Personnel Handbook.
